When submitting a revised manuscript, it is the responsibility of the corresponding author to ensure that all co-authors endorse the revised version. You must include a list of changes, and (if applicable) a reply to the referee.
It would be helpful to editor and referee if you would highlight changes in the text. Several new commands have been introduced in AASTeX 6 to make it easier to track revisions. Commands are available: to highlight added, deleted and replaced text; to list all changes at the end of the manuscript; to hightlight changes to the manuscript in response to editor and referee comments; to insert collaboration notes in the text.

latexdiff, which can be found in CTAN or common TeXLive distributions.
